Scattered Sundays
Happy Sunday, friends!
I’m taking a wee bit of a break this weekend with the full Sunday post. I’ve been dealing with some annoying wrist pain for a few weeks that flared up hard on Thursday and made computer and mouse work super uncomfortable.
I have some stuff below, but it was all done before typing became a bit of a chore. Looking forward to catching up more next week!
READER SPOTLIGHT OF THE WEEK
Longtime reader, Lisa, JUMPED on a new recipe from last week and left this five-star review on our brand new Pesto Gnocchi {Pin this recipe}:
Sarah you know I love a 15 min meal. This was awesome! Even the picky one ate it!! I will need to double it next time as the 16 oz just wasn’t enough mostly because I used this as our entire meal.

And here you are in a job where having a truly functional wrist is not at all essential . . . in every aspect of the job. Speedy healing and may your cold packs always be icy!
I can’t think of a job where we wouldn’t need a wrist. But yes, it definitely impacts all parts of my work!
Good job taking care of you! We will be hear waiting when you are better.
Hugs and healing headed your way!
Thank you, friend!
Wishing you good healing for your wrist. Â That’s just one of those body parts that we really take for granted until it suddenly starts hurting and you realize how much you need to use it, huh! Â P.S. Your chicken bacon ranch casserole sounds soooo good!
Right? Like an ankle or fingers!
Hope you feel better soon!
Thank you!!
Heal quickly and, can I just say, the hits literally just keep on coming between your basement drama, sicknesses, and now wrist-ugh. Lots of hugs by way of ice packs and rest!
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, this is the world’s longest prank.
I’m so sorry about your wrist, Sarah. That must impact nearly every part of your life. I’m sending you healing vibes and the hope that this will be quickly resolved. So glad that you’re taking a bit of time to heal.
It’s definitely annoying! I feel like I’m on the mend, though.
