Scattered Sundays

Happy Sunday, friends!

I’m taking a wee bit of a break this weekend with the full Sunday post. I’ve been dealing with some annoying wrist pain for a few weeks that flared up hard on Thursday and made computer and mouse work super uncomfortable.

I have some stuff below, but it was all done before typing became a bit of a chore. Looking forward to catching up more next week!

Longtime reader, Lisa, JUMPED on a new recipe from last week and left this five-star review on our brand new Pesto Gnocchi {Pin this recipe}:

Sarah you know I love a 15 min meal. This was awesome! Even the picky one ate it!! I will need to double it next time as the 16 oz just wasn’t enough mostly because I used this as our entire meal.

We had two brand-spanking new recipes on the blog this week! Exclusive new content for your beautiful faces.

Air Fryer Steak BitesThese tender Air Fryer Steak Bites are so easy to make and are packed with tons of flavor. They are perfect for fast dinners and cook in under 10 minutes! {Pin this recipe}

Chicken Bacon Ranch CasseroleThis Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole is a simple dinner that is delicious homemade comfort food. Even better, this meal makes incredible leftovers. {Pin this recipe}

  1. Air Fryer Egg Rolls – vegan and vegetarian as written but super customizable! Oh, and did you know you can FREEZE these? {Pin this recipe}
  2. Air Fryer Cookies – I’m a big fan of this recipe and you’re going to love it! {Pin this recipe}
  3. Garlic Butter Rice – I can’t think of a week that goes by in this house without at least one batch of this comfort food being made. {Pin this recipe}
  4. Air Fryer Pretzel Bites – one of our favorite snacks and the dough is freezable, which makes this a “heat and eat” kind of snack. {Pin this recipe}
  5. Air Fryer Pizza Rolls – unlike the ones from our childhood, these are not filled with lava and regret. {Pin this recipe}

  1. And here you are in a job where having a truly functional wrist is not at all essential . . . in every aspect of the job. Speedy healing and may your cold packs always be icy!

  2. Good job taking care of you! We will be hear waiting when you are better.

    Hugs and healing headed your way!

  3. Wishing you good healing for your wrist.  That’s just one of those body parts that we really take for granted until it suddenly starts hurting and you realize how much you need to use it, huh!  P.S. Your chicken bacon ranch casserole sounds soooo good!

  4. Hope you feel better soon!

  5. Heal quickly and, can I just say, the hits literally just keep on coming between your basement drama, sicknesses, and now wrist-ugh. Lots of hugs by way of ice packs and rest!

  6. I’m so sorry about your wrist, Sarah. That must impact nearly every part of your life. I’m sending you healing vibes and the hope that this will be quickly resolved. So glad that you’re taking a bit of time to heal.
