{chopped or shredded}

salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Store in the fridge for an hour prior to serving.
Notes
Add halved grapes or diced apples to transform it into a paleo Waldorf salad.
Chicken salad will last for up to 5 days in the fridge.
