Prepare scrambled eggs in your preferred manner. Slightly undercook them.
Allow eggs to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
Transfer portions to muffin tins with prepared liners, gently pressing them down with the back of a spoon.
Freeze, uncovered for 3 hours.
Transfer portioned frozen eggs to freezer storage.

To reheat from frozen, microwave for 30 seconds and then break up the eggs a bit and cook for another 30 seconds.To reheat thawed eggs, microwave for 30 seconds.Store for 3-6 months in the freezer.
