1/2cupNew Mexico green chile(diced}{about 1 chile}
1/4cupextra sharp cheddar{diced into small cubes}
Instructions
Melt butter in a small microwave-proof dish.
Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and kosher salt in a medium mixing bowl.
Add melted butter to the flour mixture and stir with a spoon to distribute.
Add sour cream and stir until ~75% combined.
Add in green chile and cubed cheddar and stir until well-combined. Form dough into 10 2-inch biscuits with your hands.
Brush air fryer basket with olive oil or line with air fryer parchment. Place biscuits in the air fryer basket.
Bake at 340 degrees F for 9 minutes. Allow to rest in the air fryer basket for 1 minute, and then transfer to a plate.
