frozen brussel sprouts {do not thaw}
{look for bags labeled "baby brussel sprouts"}
2
tsp
olive oil
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
pinch kosher salt
{optional}
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 390F degrees for 2 minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil and garlic powder and whisk/stir to combine.

1/2 tsp garlic powder
Add the frozen brussel sprouts, and toss with the olive oil/garlic powder mixture.
10 oz frozen brussel sprouts {do not thaw}
Add sprouts to the air fryer basket and bake at 390F for 7 minutes.
Shake, and continue cooking for 2-6 minutes until it reaches
your
preferred level of perfectly roasted.
Notes
The volume of sprouts will shrink as it cooks, so it is ok if the basket looks a bit crowded at first.
