In a medium mixing bowl, toss frozen cauliflower gnocchi, olive oil, and garlic salt. It won't mix evenly because the gnocchi are frozen. That's ok!
12 oz cauliflower gnocchi, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp garlic salt
Cook at 390F for 14 minutes, shaking the basket at 10 minutes.
Serve with dipping sauces as an appetizer or toss with marinara or pesto as a main dish.
Notes
14 minutes gives a great crispy outer texture, but if you like your gnocchi really crispy, increase cooking time to 16-18 minutes.
Stovetop Instructions (taken from TJ's packaging):Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add gnocchi and 1/4 cup of water, chicken, or vegetable stock. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes.Add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil or butter and cook, stirring often until crispy (~5-6 minutes).
