In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk (or cream), and dill. Whisk vigorously.
3 eggs, 1/4 cup whole milk, 1/8 tsp dried dill
Spray a 6-inch cake pan with olive oil cooking spray.

Add melted butter to the cake pan and then pour in the egg mixture.

Gently place the cake pan in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350F for 5 minutes.
Add cheese and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the eggs are fluffy and firm.
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
Remove the omelet from cake pan onto a plate. Fold in half and top with shredded Parmesan cheese, herbs, salsa, etc.
Notes
I used whole milk (and have used cream) in this recipe but it is optional.
These omelets are thick and fluffy! If you prefer a thinner texture, only use 2 eggs and 2 tbsp of milk or cream.
Fully cook any meat before adding it to the egg mixture.
Watery vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini would benefit from a quick saute on the stove or 5 minutes of roasting in the air fryer before being added to the egg mixture.
If you're using a metal cake pan, the cooking time will be likely reduced to about 8 minutes. Regardless of the type of pan, check on the omelet halfway through the cooking time.
