  1. Fill a saucepan with an inch of water and set a double-boiler inside. Melt dark/milk chocolate over medium heat.

  2. Once it has melted pour over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Sprinkle with half of the crushed strawberries and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  4. While the dark/milk chocolate is in the freezer, clean the double boiler and add white chocolate chips.

  5. Wait until the white chocolate is super shiny on top, and then give it a few gentle stirs.

  6. Pour the white chocolate over the frozen milk/dark chocolate. You may need to spread it a bit with a silicone spatula.

  7. Sprinkle with the remainder of the strawberries, and pop it back in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  8. Remove from the freezer, and with clean dry hands, start to break it into chunks.
Recipe Notes

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

Do not use fresh strawberries as the juices will compromise the chocolate overtime.

Vegan/Dairy-Free Options - Use dairy-free chocolate like Enjoy Life. For the white chocolate, King David makes vegan white chocolate bars.

Keto/Low Carb Options: Lily's chocolates are keto-approved. ChocZero even makes sugar-free white chocolate chips.
