Finely mince your garlic.
Combine tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice/zest, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
Slowly add in warm water until the tahini dressing is at your desired consistency.
Use warm water for easier blending.
If you want a totally smooth (aka, no garlic chunks) dressing, you can blend the lemon tahini salad dressing in a food processor.
Will keep for one week in the fridge.
