This refreshing Cucumber Mint Water is so delicious and made without added sweeteners. Infused water recipes are so simple to make and keep you hydrated.
Combine cucumber, mint, and water in a large pitcher. Let sit at room temperature or in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to release the flavors.
Once empty, you can refill the pitcher at least once and still retain some flavor.
When you're finally done with the water, save the (now soggy) mint and cucumber. Combine it in a blender or food processor and pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
You can keep infused water recipes in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
