Lay your bacon as flat as possible. If you have a smaller fryer, it may crinkle up or overlap a bit.
For crispy but not crunchy: cook at 370 degrees F for 8 minutes, and then flip and cook another 2 minutes.
For extra crispy: bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. There is no need to flip. Drain any accumulated grease after each batch.
Each brand and cut and air fryer is different. Check after 5 minutes of cooking time the first time you make it.Allow it to fully cool before storing in the fridge or the freezer. There is no need to preheat the air fryer for this recipe.
