Cook the sauce over medium-high heat until it is reduced by half. This will take about 6-10 minutes.
Drizzle the lemon sauce over the meatballs and serve with your choice of side.

If you're not gluten-free/Whole30/paleo, feel free to use panko or regular breadcrumbs in place of the almond flour.Turkey is very lean already, so I would avoid using 99% lean if possible. I purchased 93% lean, 7% fat. You need a little fat in there to keep these baked turkey meatballs juicy. Using dried herbs? Reduce parsley to 1.5 tbsp, basil to 1 tbsp, and oregano to 1.5 tsp.
