Wrap fully cooled whole quiche in foil and place it in a flat place in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
Depending on the size of the pie pan, some whole quiches may fit in gallon-size freezer-proof bags.

Fit parchment or waxed paper on a rimmed baking sheet.
