Air Fryer Chex Mix
Crispy, crunchy, and delicious, air fryer Chex mix will be a huge hit! A delicious and fast treat, this small-batch Chex mix will become a snack-time staple. No air fryer? We have alternative cooking methods too!

Ingredients
- 1 cup corn Chex
- 1 cup wheat Chex
- 1 cup rice Chex
- 1/3 cup mixed nuts
- 1/3 cup pretzel minis
- 1/3 cup garlic bagel chips
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter {melted}
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Combine Chex, pretzels, nuts, and garlic chips in a medium mixing bowl.1 cup corn Chex, 1 cup wheat Chex, 1 cup rice Chex, 1/3 cup pretzel minis, 1/3 cup garlic bagel chips, 1/3 cup mixed nuts
- Sprinkle mixture with seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to distribute.3/4 tsp seasoning salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp onion powder
- Melt butter in the microwave in a small bowl. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.3 tbsp unsalted butter, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Pour butter mixture over Chex mixture, and stir to coat.
- Brush olive oil on the air fryer basket, or use a piece of air fryer parchment.
- Pour mixture in the air fryer basket. For QUICK results: bake at 350˚F for 9 minutes, stirring at 4 minutes.For a slower classic flavor/texture: bake at 220˚F for 30 minutes, stirring at 15 minutes.
Notes

- Fully cool before storing.
- It will last stored in an air-tight container for up to two weeks.
Oven Instructions:
Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake at 250˚F for one hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
