Brush olive oil on the air fryer basket or use air fryer parchment.
Add radishes and place cut-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 380˚F for 13-15 minutes, shaking at 8 minutes. Each air fryer will be slightly different, so make sure you check on their progress at 8 minutes.
Larger radishes may need more cooking time. Cook until radishes are easily pierced with the tip of a knife.
Notes
Refrigerate leftover air fryer radishes in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Don’t crowd the radishes into the basket. Doing this will make them steam and keep them from getting crispy on the outside. Air fry the radishes in batches if needed.
Try to grab a bunch of radishes that’s more or less the same size if you can. That way, they’ll all finish cooking at the same time.
Check your air fryer radishes at the 8 minute mark, when you shake the basket. All air fryers cook differently, so you’ll want to gauge how done they are at this point.
Oven instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400˚F degrees.
Place a cast-iron skillet on the bottom rack of the oven.
Add radishes to a medium-sized bowl and drizzle with olive oil, butter, garlic powder, parsley, smoked paprika, and pepper. Stir to coat.
Add to the skillet, cut side down.
Roast for 25 minutes, or until you can easily pierce radishes with the tip of a knife.
