PRO TIPS/RECIPE NOTES

  • Our recipe makes a bulk batch of about 4 tbsp of seasoning – enough for 3 lbs of protein.
  • Use 1 1/4 tsp of the rub to season 1 lb of shrimp, crab, or fish.
  • For best results, toss seafood with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and 1-2 tsp of fresh lime juice in addition to the fish seasoning.
  • If you create this seafood dry rub in bulk, store it in an air-tight container like a small mason jar for up to 6 months.
