This Ginger Beer Mocktail is a crisp and refreshing non-alcoholic version of the famous Moscow Mule. Juicy peaches, fresh blackberries, and non-alcoholic ginger beer make this Moscow mule mocktail incredibly delicious.
This ginger beer mocktail is the kind of drink that you make on a whim and hope it’s good. And then you take a sip and your head explodes like a burlap bag full of angry badgers. You know. THAT kind of drink.
As a non-drinker, mocktails are totally my jam! My Mojito Virgin Recipe is so refreshing and light, and this Rose Lemonade is a hit with kids and adults alike.
If you have leftover peaches, try your hand at making Peach Freezer Jam.
Why You’ll Love This Summertime Drink
- Peeeeeeeaches! {Related: How to Cut a Peach}
- Blackberries!
- Sharp and intense ginger beer that will punch you in the face.
- It takes about two minutes to make.
- It’s a mocktail but you can easily add booze if you’d like.
Pro Tips/Recipe Notes
- You can totally use frozen peaches and frozen blackberries in this drink. Just heat the peaches quickly in the microwave or let them thaw before mushing.
- If you prefer the peaches to not be in chunks, you can either blend them quickly in a food processor or blender. OR use canned peach nectar which can be found online or in the juice aisle of most grocery stores.
- Try adding some Blackberry Simple Syrup, Peach Syrup, Jalapeño Simple Syrup, or Strawberry Syrup for a fun variation.
- No ginger beer? Try ginger ale instead.
- To make a boozy version, add 1.5 oz of vodka with the ginger beer.

Mocktail is a best way to beat the summer heat. Thank you very much, Sarah, for the recipe of Ginger beer mocktail. The recipe is simple to understand and can be prepared in less than 5 minutes. Please keep sharing such useful information.
How did I miss this? It’s 2:30 in the morning and I’ve once again been visited by the insomnia fairy. This sounds amazing and I have everything but the peaches, otherwise I’d be in the kitchen right now. Bundaburg is good, but I also enjoy Cock and Bull Ginger beer, but that could be because I’m really a 12 year old boy and it makes me giggle every time. Thanks for this recipe. Cheers!!
Uuuuuugh, I hate the insomnia fairy. She’s such a punk ass!
I do however, LOVE Cock and Bull ginger beer for the same reasons you mentioned. And urban legend has it that it is the original ginger beer used in the first mule ever created! I just can’t find it anywhere and Bundaburg is available at Costco.
Yum! Moscow Mules are my fave! I can’t wait to try this!
It has such a great summer flavor Beth!
Cannot wait to try!!! Looks so yum.
One of my favorites!
Sounds delicious…can’t wait to try it.
Booze it up too if you like it. 🙂
There are plenty of non-alcoholic ginger beers (I find most are) as well if someone wants a mocktail with a more ginger-y punch!
The Hansens ginger ale I used is extremely gingery; nothing like traditional ginger ale. I drank it while pregnant and barfy, and it’s super strong. If you have a Trader Joes near you, they sell it in single cans. It’s great to try and I highly recommend it!
This sounds so yummy! I’m tempted to play around with a version of this using my soda stream.
The Moscow Mule pictures were so beautiful……I was licking my screen!
This looks super refreshing!
