- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning {optional}
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt {optional}
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390˚F for 3 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, toss gnocchi, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.16 oz gnocchi, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Cook at 390˚F for 7 minutes (fresh gnocchi) or 10 minutes (shelf-stable or frozen gnocchi).
- Shake the air fryer basket and cook the gnocchi for an additional 4-8 minutes or until it is at your desired level of crispy.
- {optional} Return finished gnocchi to the bowl and toss with an additional tbsp of olive oil.
- Serve with dipping sauces as an appetizer or toss with marinara or pesto as a main dish.
Notes
- 14 minutes gives a great crispy outer texture, but if you like your gnocchi really crispy, increase cooking time to 16-18 minutes.
