Pro Tips/Recipe Notes
- The grilled chicken at Trader Joe’s has a pretty short shelf-life. Check the expiration date before purchasing, but know you can also freeze it directly in the package for a month.
- Serve the Greek fries with a salad, plates of cucumbers and tomatoes, or even roast some vegetables on a separate baking sheet while the fries are cooking. Related: Roasting Frozen Vegetables
- To make these greek fries vegetarian, replace the chicken with white beans, chickpeas, or sliced tempeh.
