- Graham crackers – feel free to use your favorite, including gluten-free.Chocolate – use your favorite brand. If using bars, chop them into 1-inch pieces to make the melting process faster.
- Chocolate – use your favorite. If you’re using a bar of chocolate, chop it into pieces for easier and faster melting.
Let’s Make this together!
*I’ll walk you through it here with some photos and tips, and you’ll also find a printable recipe card at the bottom of the post with exact measurements, etc. You can also click “jump to recipe” to skip down.
Start by lining a rimmed baking sheet with parchment. I would not use waxed paper for this recipe as it has a lower melting point than parchment.
Chop your chocolate and put it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave it in 30-second increments, gently stirring each time.
Spread the melted chocolate on the parchment on the baking sheet, reserving a few tbsp. Place the graham crackers on top of the chocolate. Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Microwave the marshmallow creme and butter for 30 seconds. Stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds.
Add dollops of the marshmallows on top of the graham crackers, and spread around the top of the graham crackers.

Reheat the reserved chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the marshmallow creme. Place the baking dish back into the fridge for two hours, and then cut or break the bark into bite-sized pieces.
Pro Tips/Recipe Notes
- Store s’mores bark in the fridge and serve cold to prevent it from getting sticky at room temperature.
- Top it with Dehydrated Marshmallows for a fun and crispy surprise topping.
- Trader Joe’s sells vegan marshmallows if you’d like to make this vegan-friendly.

Made this for Thanksgiving. Had to stop myself from eating it all.
Oh, that stuff is really hard to stop after a few bites! 🙂
I love all things s’more. So when I saw this recipe, I was all in. I splurged on the GOOD chocolate and you can tell the difference. Though, if I wasn’t eating it myself I’d likely use regular Hershey bars and it would still be amaze-balls.
I’m a lazy baker. So if prep time is going to take longer than 20 minutes, I’m O.U.T. The prep took about 4 minutes.
I will be making a second batch this weekend to give to neighberhood friends since they are jealous of my pics (and my awesomensss, let’s face it).
Thank you for a delish recipe.
Now onto eating….
Just like the good chocolate, you’re also extra and totally worth it. I’m so glad you liked this recipe! 🙂
My (full grown) girls are going to LOVE this. I do believe I will make some for the oldest one’s birthday next week!
Thanks
I have a smores addiction. So good!
this was AMAZING, didn’t share a bit of it and I am not sorry at all 🙂
