Tired of complicated and time-intensive Whole30 recipes? Me too!

We’re able to whip up fantastic and flavorful meals in a flash thanks to using an electric pressure cooker. Now you can enjoy stews that taste like they cooked all day, but are actually ready in an hour.

Or what about orange chicken, broccoli beef, or chicken taco salads? All of these great recipes below can be made in the Instant Pot while staying 100% Whole30 compliant.

And if you don’t have a pressure cooker, you’ll find conventional cooking instructions included in each of the posts. Boom, let’s do this!

Whole30 Tips

The two keys to a successful Whole30 round are things that can also help anyone in the kitchen – creating a plan, prepping components, and having the right ingredients on hand.

I do easy healthy meal prep every week to make sure my mise en place game is on point. It allows me to throw meals together on busy weeknights without a lot of fuss.

Ok, there are actually three keys to success – caffeine. I start my meal prep by making a Whole30 compliant Blended Iced Coffee. THEN I start chopping.

As for the ingredients, it can be really complicated reading all the labels of everything you want to buy. That’s why I put together this Trader Joe’s Whole30 Shopping List and my Costco Whole30 Shopping List. Both lists are printable and free for you to use.
