  1. My daughter is getting a flat of strawberries delivered today from a local strawberry booth to make jam. I guess they aren’t considered essential? I wanted to can pickled asparagus when it was rock bottom priced but the store limited to 2 bunches. I’m afraid it will be hard to get ample amounts to preserve from my regular suppliers. We will see.

    • Maybe because it is related to food production they can stay open? How cool that they are delivering!

      Strawberry season doesn’t start until June here. You must be in a warm area. Lucky duck. 🙂

      I have heard that people are finding curbside pick up service by looking at their local farmer’s market website.
