Air fryers are a veggie’s best friend because they create amazing crispy or roasted dishes in a flash with little to no oil. And speaking of flashes, they don’t heat up your entire house, which makes them perfect for year-round use.

Nobody wants to serve vegetables with a side of boob sweat.

I love using my air fryer for vegetable recipes but you can cook so much more in it! Air Fryer Egg Rolls and Air Fryer Tofu are both family favorites.

You’re going to need an air fryer (duh…). I have this Cosori and love it. Using a Misto is a great way to lightly spray veggies with olive oil to get the perfect crisp on your food.

  1. Your link to the Mealthy goes to the Mealthy Multiply not the lid. A quick Google search showed several sites that mention the item and/or sells them.

I’ve wanted something like this item for a while but was unaware one existed. I don’t like sauteeing or pan trying because it’s so messy and unhealthy. Thank you!

  2. When I click on your shishito link I only see the pan fry method which I love and use all the time.  However, I’m interested to know how they turn out in the air fryer.  Any tips?
